I can’t believe summer is coming to an end.  Didn’t school just let out?  Every summer gets better and better.  This last week before Melvin goes back to work, we packed in lots of fun before late nights and all-day adventures are out of the question.  We ate in “yestraunts” as Bryndle calls them, much more than we normally do.  We gem-mined, shopped, hiked, and visited Hollywild Animal Park.  I only took my camera on a couple of occasions, as I wanted to be able to fully enjoy our outings without worrying about my camera. 😉  Summer has been so much fun, and I’m going to miss it terribly.  🙁

I am so glad that this session finally took place!  Carla and I had been trying to pinpoint a date to get together all summer.  I was pleasantly surprised to receive the message saying “ok, let’s do this”.  With extracurricular activities and summer vacations, it can get a bit tricky to plan these!  It finally happened, and well, I’m in love!  Carrie and Kennedy were awesome to say the least!  Kennedy told me, “Hey, I could do this all day” and I took her up on it, shooting until it was totally dark!  🙂

Lauren is the epitome of a ‘girly-girl’.  She told me several times that she only wanted to be a princess.  We managed to coax her into some cowgirl boots only on the stipulation that her princess crown would put back on immediately!  🙂

“Can I put on my Tink-Tink suit, and you fly me around the house for a little bit?” When Bryndle’s in costume, we know we’re going to be “flying” her from room to room. Her little shoes were just too much for me to handle without pulling out the camera. Here’s what I took when she wasn’t busy tinkering around. 😉
